.. tis one i cooked for noche buena for my family.. a new recipe for me that my mom had taught me during my holidays in the Philippines.. she learned this dish when she was staying in Abu Dhabi with my youngest sibling to accompany my dad there two decades ago.. she said this's one of the main dishes served by the arabs ..

.. also served for our noche buena were spaghetti bolognese, fruit salad, and papaitan (huh?! ano dw?! naligaw lang itong ulam na 'to para sa pulutan ng mga barako sa bahay ahihi) ..

.. and also here, testing for the new turbo broiler i bought for my mom.. miss ma n y'all ..
